Hosting & Maintenance

Your website needs care after it goes live.

We define where it runs and what it needs to keep working. Support is shaped by its technology, dependencies and use.

A scope you can understand

Depending on the agreed plan, work may cover hosting setup, compatible updates, backups, availability checks and technical support. Every task, frequency and limit must be specified in the proposal.

Review first

01

We review the platform, access and condition of the site before taking it on.

02

Any initial remediation or migration is quoted as a separate stage.

03

Support hours, channels and agreed response time are defined in the proposal — response time is not resolution time.

04

Backups, retention and provider availability terms, depending on the plan.

Clear terms, in writing

We don't guarantee a website will never fail: dependencies and failures can be outside our control. Maintenance helps identify and address issues, with terms agreed in writing.

Investment

Monthly pricing depends on the scope we agree on — base plan, hosting, setup or migration, and taxes — and we'll lay it out in a tailored proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my current provider?

We assess its technical capabilities and the access available.

Are design changes or new features included?

Only when explicitly listed. Redesigns, new pages and integrations may require a separate quote.

Do you guarantee the website will never fail?

No. Maintenance helps identify and address issues, but dependencies and failures can be outside our control. Terms are agreed in writing.

Is support always available?

Don't assume 24/7 support. Service is provided during the hours and channels agreed in the proposal.

What happens if I end the service?

Access handover, copies and exit assistance are defined in the proposal. Domain ownership, accounts and responsibilities should be clear from the start.

Let's define the care your website needs.
